BACKGROUND
I have worked in information technology for more than ten years, mainly on the administration and operation of Microsoft-based enterprise systems. Alongside day-to-day operations, my work is built on standardization, automation, security, troubleshooting and a sustainable approach to administration.
When I solve a technical problem, I try to look beyond the immediate error: the process, automation and documentation that keep the same problem from coming back. The same approach runs from Active Directory operations and SCCM deployments to PowerShell scripting, file services and virtualization.
tolgaceyhan.com is where I record problems from the field and what I learn from them, mostly in Turkish. It is also a living portfolio of how I work and the solutions I build.
HOW I WORK
Turning one-off infrastructure fixes into something that can be managed again.
Find the real source of the problem, its dependencies and its impact. Visibility first, then intervention.
Reduce manual steps with PowerShell and the right management tools; increase standardization and verifiability.
Document the fix together with validation, failure scenarios and a rollback path.
